Keith Thurman thinks Mayweather vs. Pacquiao is the fight no one wants to see
Despite legendary Filipino boxer Manny Pacquiao (62-7-2, 39 KO) turned down the offer of his latest opponent Keith Thurman (29-1, 22 KO) to have a rematch, the American welterweight is seriously determined to attain the sequel to avenge his first defeat.
Pacquiao makes no secret of his desire to have a rematch with another “enemy”, namely Floyd Mayweather Jr. However, Floyd is busy with exploiting rumors of his possible comeback without doing anything to make it happen. Thurman even thinks that Mayweather vs. Pacquiao rematch will not spark any interest at all.
“At the end to the day, nobody wants to see it. Real fight fans know, it ain't gonna be more exciting than what Keith Thurman just did,” Thurman said.
