Typical fighter sign up procedure overview.

During fighter sign up procedure one must select the corresponding role on the registration panel, which is located in the leftward part of the site (Picture 1). The sign up procedure consists of filling the required fields.

HARCORD features own database that gathers all professional fighters across the world. If the registering user has a professional fight record, he or she can check if the corresponding profile already exists in the database. In this case the fighter shall correctly fill in the Name field, and if the database alrady has the profile of registering user, the system will offer to select this profile from the drop-down list. Upon selection of an existing profile, the system will automatically load data to the fields Name and Born, form the fight record and assign the rating with respect to it.

If the registering user don’t have a professional fight record in the career or if his profile is missing in the database, user will fill in all the required fields manually.

After filling all the fields, the user may specify own amateur fight record and get an unconfirmed status on the site.

After filling all the fields and saving the data, the user must undergo a verification procedure by uploading a photo by clicking thumbs up button indicated in the corresponding form (Picture 2). The system provides 15 minutes to complete verification procedure, failing to complete in time will result in changing of the thumbs up image.

After an email confirmation, the system will offer every user to fill the key fields, after which any user can fully work with the created account.
