ALEKSANDER EMELIANENKO AND FIGHT NIGHTS NEGOTIATE ON POSSIBLE FIGHT WITH SERGEI KHARITONOV
It looks like notorious Russian MMA fighter Aleksander Emelianenko (28-7), who has found himself in a sticky situation more than once for the last few months, has overcome his problems and is ready to revive his career.
Emelianenko posted a photo in his official Instagram account where he is seen with the promotion president Kamil Gadjiev. According to Aleksander, they are negotiating his possible fight against Sergei Kharitonov.
“During the conversation with Kamil about possible fight with Kharitonov!” The caption under the photo says.

Last time Emelianenko entered the ring last August as part of WFCA 50 where he faced the American fighter Tony Johnson. The fight was rather fascinating and bloody and ended with a draw by majority decision.
After that Aleksander was close to returning to the sport twice but both bouts came off. The first one was supposed to be part of RCC 6 but the problems of the Russian fighter with the law forced the organization to break a contract with him. The second fight was supposed to be in Samara but was cancelled because of the injuries the fighter sustained after falling off the bike.
The Fight Nights president has already announced earlier that he’s ready to offer Emelianenko and Kharitonov 10M Rubles each for their fight.
