Former UFC heavyweight, currently PFL product Josh Copeland was arrested for assaulting his wife
According to the TMZ portal, American PFL heavyweight competitor, former UFC heavyweight Josh Copeland was arrested for assaulting his wife in front of their child.
According to a police report, on February 2, law enforcement officers from Adams County, Colorado, received a call about the attack and hurried to the scene. Upon arrival, officers caught Copeland’s wife with a noticeable bruise in the left eye side, a cut and fresh bleeding on her face and neck.
According to her, a quarrel occurred between the spouses, as a result of which Josh pushed his wife, which prompted her to respond with the same action. After that, Copeland hit her wife in the face and threw her on the bed, taking away a mobile phone, which the officers later found in his pocket. At the same time, the woman admits that she hit her husband several times as well.
After the incident, Josh’s wife was taken to the hospital, and Copeland himself was arrested on preliminary charges of a second-degree assault and child abuse, and because the spouse quarrel occurred right in front of the child’s eyes.
