Khabib Nurmagomedov plans to open his own 'Khabib Gym' chain around the world
Russian superstar, undefeated and undisputed UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov (27-0) plans to open a chain of gyms around the world that will be called ‘Khabib Gym’ and gather talented young fighters under its roof.
Implementing of this project will begin as soon as possible since by the end of next year, ‘The Eagle’ intends to launch 15-20 sports facilities, and after the end of a professional MMA fighter career, he will be closely involved in this business.
“A good gym will not prevent any athlete. I just started having some money, we are building a gym here (in Dagestan) and we are also in the works of opening a gym in Moscow. I want to run 5-6 gyms in Dagestan, 5 -6 gyms in Moscow. We are currently working on a project to open ‘Khabib Gym’ MMA gyms around the world. We already have a project in London, Jeddah, Oman, Dubai, Istanbul, and Moscow. Somewhere towards the end of next year, I think that in Russia and abroad I will already have 15-20 gyms. This is a business that I want to run. In a global sense, it will be after finish with this sport, but at the moment I am a professional fighter. I don’t want extra things to distract me from the main thing. I saw the stadium project in the form of a fur hat [Papakha].
