UFC newcomer Movsar Evloev: "We have been waiting for this debut for a long time with coaches and with all Ingushetia"
This Saturday’s ‘UFC on ESPN 7+: Overeem vs. Oleinik” event in the beautiful city of Saint Petersburg will be a debut event for many young and promising fighters including an undefeated Ingushetia’s (Russian region) athlete Movsar Evloev (10-0).
The undefeated 25-years-old phenom already had ten professional fights and during this impressive journey captured the belt of prestigious M-1 Global bantamweight champion. Movsar will have to welcome another UFC newcomer, a 26-year-old athlete from South Korea named Sung Woo Choi (7-1).
At yesterday’s open training session in Saint Petersburg dedicated to this upcoming UFC Russia event, Tiger Muay Thai gym product Movsar Evloev showed his fighting skills, and also spoke with fans, talking about his emotions from the upcoming UFC debut.
“We have been waiting for this debut for a long time with coaches and with all Ingushetia,” - says Evloev. “My mood is the best since we have been preparing for this for a long time and have been waiting for it for a very long time. I hope that the fight will not be boring for my fans, for all crowd, so I will try to arrange a show,“
It should be noted that Movsar Evloyev spent all ten fights in his professional career under the auspices of the M-1 Global promotion. He performed mainly as a bantamweight, but now the undefeated Russian makes his debut at featherweight.
